How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $15AUD for Standard Australian Shipping or $20AUD for Express Post Shipping within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We offer a flat rate of $30AUD to ship internationally.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
We make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Shipping packages may show some wear from delivery. However if your item(s) are damaged please contact us by email at sally@vicstreetstudio.com.au so we can resolve it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We can accept cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us by email at info@sallymedwin.com if this is required.

We are based in Howrah, Tasmania, Australia and ship from our studio.
What do your print sizes mean?
Our prints are listed in A series paper sizes.
A5: 148 x 210mm 5.8 x 8.3 inches
A4: 210 x 297mm 8.3 x 11.7 inches
A3: 297 x 420mm 11.7 x 16.5 inches
A2: 420 x 594mm 16.5 x 23.4 inches
A1: 594 x 841mm 23.4 x 33.1 inches

How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email. This will list an Australia Post Tracking number which you can track your order from https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Returns information:
If your delivery is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty please contact us by email at info@sallymedwin.com We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you’re not satisfied with in the event it is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. We may ask you to provide information such as photos. Unfortunately we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
What are the prints made of?
Our prints are printed on 210gsm matte coated paper or 250gsm photo gloss paper. You can choose via the drop down menu at the size of each print option. Our greeting cards and tags are printed on 210gsm matte fine art textured paper.
Where are they made?
All of our prints and cards are printed and made in our studio in Southern Tasmania, Australia.
How do I look after my prints?
When receiving your prints be very careful unpacking as they are easily damaged. When framing we suggest using cotton gloves available from your local supermarket or chemist. We suggest touching the prints as less as possible. Prints must not be exposed to moisture or heat. Please do not place in direct sunlight as they will fade. Prints will damage if handled too excessively.
Is my personal and payment data secure?
Our website and cart is operated by Shopify and processed by shopify payment gateway or Afterpay, which is reliable and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. You can read our privacy policy in our quick links at the bottom of this page.
